How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We try to process orders on the same day, however this is not always achievable.
How long will it take to ship?
In stock items are processed in 2-3 days, and then take 1-7 days to ship. Delivery can take up to 10 days after posting using Australia Post.
How much is shipping?
Charge Flat Rate Shipping of $15.00 to NSW & ACT. Charge Flat Rate Shipping of $18 to QLD & VIC. Charge Flat Rate Shipping $25 to all other parts of Australia. All shipping and taxes are indicated once you complete checkout after entering your shipping address.
Any packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer may arrange for reshipment at their own expense.
